Strong winds that may cause damage are expected or occurring.

What: Northerly winds 80 gusting to 100 km/h.

When: Early this morning.

Where: Southern sections of Howe Sound.

Additional information:
Strong outflow winds of 80 gusting to 100 km/h are occurring over the southern areas of Howe Sound. The outflow winds will ease later this morning.

Loose objects may be tossed by the wind and cause injury or damage. High winds may toss loose objects or cause tree branches to break.

Wind warnings are issued when there is a significant risk of damaging winds.
