Alert Details

A long period of snowfall, heavy at times, continues.

Total accumulations of 15 to 25 cm are expected.

As of noon today 13 cm has been reported with another 5 to 10 cm expected by Friday morning when the snow will taper off.

Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow.

Prepare for quickly changing and deteriorating travel conditions.

Snowfall warnings are issued when significant snowfall is expected.
