Rain, heavy at times continues. The frozen ground has a reduced ability to absorb this rainfall.

Total rainfall amounts of 30 to 50 mm.

Continuing until this evening.

Additional Information:
A stalled cold front continues to bring rain, heavy at times, to the area today. This front will move out of the area by evening, bringing an end to the rain.

Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas.

Don't drive through flooded roadways. Watch for washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts.
